My concern is..

Will we see a decline in o-line play. Grimes is a top o-line coach, and though we had a separate coach, pretty sure he had a great hand in it.

I think the bigger change is going to be the schedule. We may not even notice he’s gone if things go poorly

Hoge was MIA for half the season, so I don't see the drop off as being fatal.

That has been my experience as well. Often swift declines like in 1-2 years
