I'm a very low carb diet, but I do eat some carbs. I'll have a handful of berries for breakfast, and then I'll typically have a sandwich for lunch, but the bread is very low carb bread and thin sliced. And then dinner is always a lean meat with broccoli or asparagus, and I'll eat more veggies then meat. And my last meal everyday is at 6:30, the rest of the time I'm drinking a ton of water.
I also workout in the morning hours Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday... and Wednesday to Thursday I'll do an intermittent fast.
I started this 2 days after Christmas and I'm down 35lbs... I have about 35lbs more to go to get to where you are. But I've already seen a massive result. And my latest cholesterol check was a big time turn around from when I started.
