Only so many scholarships to give. Sure would hope a significantly smaller class would have a higher average recruit level.

Rankings are based on total numbers. I don’t know how some schools give out 22-24 per year and keep their APR.

No. It is partly due to a smaller class. But the smaller class isn’t because of Covid. It’s because of the scholarship
