I don't know that process, but I'd assume KS gave Grimes some leeway to choose his staff.

Rankings are based on total numbers. I don’t know how some schools give out 22-24 per year and keep their APR.

No. It is partly due to a smaller class. But the smaller class isn’t because of Covid. It’s because of the scholarship
