They gave me a "homework" assignment and most of my past work was on an external hard drive that decided to die. Stressed out for over a week pulling it together then had a 3 hr interview to present and discuss.

I had a buddy who referred me for the position, and was basically setting me up for it, but it was still highly stressful.

Just met with the CEO for lunch on Fri and he offered me the position.

It was intense, but also made me realize all those other job interviews there was probably an internal or referred candidate.
