I'm not convinced that interviews that focus on what is right
with the candidate, have a greater probability of hiring the wrong person. If done well, a bad or wrong candidate should be obvious. The point is to really find out what the candidate is all about. Not saying that having some conversations about weaknesses of the candidate are bad, it's just that when that becomes the focus is when it seems flawed to me.

Then again, my thoughts are just from my own experiences, which of course are limited.
