creepy. Once you learn about how easy it is to get a stalking charge and what it actually entails you learn to just reserve judgement or be very skeptical when you see it. I feel horrible for Josh Weeks if this really was not legit.

I broke up with a girl last year (who was a confirmed pathological borderline personality disorder) and she went nuts and started following me and tried to get me in trouble in every way possible. Like one time I was staying at a hotel in Logan and she showed up to my room at like 1 AM and started making herself comfortable (she was not invited)...and when I told her this was inappropriate and asked her to leave she snapped and started attacking me. She was maybe 5'1 100 lbs and I am just under 6' 200 lbs and just one light push (to get her off of my face) sent her flying across the room. As soon as that happened I saw this devilish look in her eyes and she grabbed her things (along with my car keys unbeknownst to me) and scurried away. A few minutes later I get a knock on my door and it's the Logan Police. She said I assaulted her both physically and sexually. WhAT??!? After investigating, they talked to the front desk and they told them how she came and asked for my room number (indicating that I did not invite her) and she had no scratches or anything and I had many on my face. They reviewed my phone and saw that no phone calls were made or texts were sent to her that day so it was obvious that she was imposing on me and didn't leave when I asked her to. I have no criminal history and she has an assault charge...against an ex-boyfriend + a few other charges. Lol...yeah....they dropped the charges after a few hours.

But to think that you can just be sleeping peacefully in your hotel room and all of a sudden have all of that go down out of nowhere and before you know it you are charged with assault on a female and possibly in jail and for some terminated from your job, kicked out of school, lost a scholarship, etc. All because you made some crazy girl mad or jealous or whatever. Yeah people do that kind of stuff these days.

Moral of the story is...when it comes to charges made by ex-partners...be very skeptical and at the very least just remember there's always two sides to every story.
