Obviously there are licensing rights, but you certainly can make a game clip or
moment into an NFT. Remember all the big news when Top Shots hit last year and someone paid $208,000 for the NFT for Lebron's dunk? Somehow they managed to figure out the licensing issues and get an NBA clip of a play onto an NFT platform. Surely BYU can do the same.
