Top Shot video, Top Shot paid the NBA for the rights to the video and to sell it as an NFT. Honestly, this argument is getting nowhere, so if you're happy about your position, that's great. However, I'd happily make a wager on what sort of NFTs you see BYU start producing and marketing if they decide to do so. It will be basic original artwork.
