No, I guess I'm too old to get it but my understanding is it is a picture or gif

I "own" of a specific moment.

Why would I pay for that when I could find the gif or image online for free?

I looked into them for the NBA and a valuable one was of lebron dunking. I found the exact same clip on YouTube, why would I pay for it?
