doesn't make your argument right. I'm not bent out of shape at all. I'm just saying your example isn't a good one. BYU isn't going to start investing time in seeking rights on all sorts of random video clips where the current rights are probably spread between 10+ different groups in hopes that they can sell it for a small amount of cash to CBers. If they go forward with this, what you'll see them selling are very basic items that are based on BYU original artwork. They're not going to waste time on something expensive unless they have a committed buyer.
