You must not be from Logan. Aggies will always like Utah more than BYU.
This goes beyond just amount of games played and conference affiliation. It is a deeply ingrained cultural attitude. I grew up around Cache Valley dairy farmers that were the salt of the earth kind of people - literally the best people this world has to offer. And yet, they hate BYU with every fiber of their being. They'd rather their kids turn into Salt Lake City rats at the UofU then betray the family and go to BYU.
