Having worked in San Francisco with several BYU, Utah, and USU fans, this is my
experience:
BYU - Honest, smart, capable, entrepreneurial. I would say they're a very solid bunch I'd love to have on my team. Usually very dedicated to their careers; maybe too much sometimes depending on who you ask.
USU - Trustworthy, kind of a blue-chip hard working approach to things, smart. Also a very solid bunch who I'd love to have on my team. Usually not as entrepreneurial or proactive as BYU grads, but they also seem to enjoy life outside of work more than BYU grads. May be a reason why they ended up at USU instead of BYU.
Utah - Pretty much all of them I've met have been about the same as grads from any other decent university. Nothing that really stands out in particular about them though.
