D isn't the reason we lost, but here's my problem:
I don't trust them at all--like, zero-- to hold teams scoreless and/or get the ball back in the offense's hands when we need them to. His D is fine when we're ahead, but when we're losing it's poison.
There we were, down six with six or seven minutes left in the game, and our D simply couldn't stop Boise State. They couldn't do it. Boise could have held the ball to the end of the game, but got in their own way when they completed a big bomb to Shakir.
