You should expect the expert coaches to be able to identify the adjustments
Needed and to make the necessary changes in a timely manner. 98% of the people on this message board are not experts, but recognize something is wrong and know something needs to be adjusted, but don’t have the expertise to know what exactly needs to be changed.
I’m a dentist and I know my patients expect me to be an expert in my field. They generally don’t know enough to know the intricacies of fixing dental problems, but trust me to know what I am doing.
As fans, we absolutely can expect the coaches to recognize problems and fix them quickly and we don’t lose legitimacy because we don’t have their expertise.
