Honestly I usually play dumb in situations like this & act like I assume the best possibility. I know,
some of you don't think I need to "play dumb".
Seems to be a nonthreatening way to let him know you saw him & most likely he won't be back. Makes you wonder about him doing it at other houses where he's not seen. Yikes!
