Talk to him about it in a non threatening way. There may be a logical reason he
was in your yard (a ball got hit over, etc) and if there isn’t it will serve notice that you have a security camera and he should think twice before doing that again. You could even kindly request that if he needs to enter your backyard for any reason to please notify you first.
