I gave advice... but please proceed with caution whatever you do. If this
guy is both an active member of your ward and the kind of guy that is depraved enough to want to peep on kids... We've all seen stories like these where in order to uphold their image/standing, they'll do ANYTHING to shut down something like that getting out.
