Yes, I believe in due process. But even with due process, judges deny bail for a reason in certain situations, depending on the evidence.
There is enough evidence to say that Watson "likely" did things in a habitual manner than are exponentially more horrific than Gruden did.
He should be banned for the league until he is exonerated.
