Gruden resigned. He apparently did not contest the validity of the emails.
That's a way easier issue to prove than se unless abuse allegations.
For the record, I believe Watson will ultimately be found guilty, and that he should never play in the NFL, but I accept that there is a process to make that finding.
I certainly would never vote for him for POTUS.
