Or are you complaining about Watson still technically being employed? I can understand that and I think he should be fired with the number of accusations. But currently there is no visible evidence like video (see Ray Rice), written (like Gruden), or a long prior history of incidents and behavioral issues (like when AB was let go). So an organization has to proceed with caution where these things are lacking. Plus (selfishly) the Texans are hoping to trade Watson, because they have invested so much in him and they’d like some sort of return on investment. I will definitely think less of any team who trades for him with these allegations.

Basically what I’m saying is there are good reasons Gruden was fired (imo he should have been and would have been in most other jobs as well). There are also reasons Watson has not be fired… yet (not saying they are good) I don’t think it’s because of some conspiracy, or Cancel culture, or Watson getting a pass (at least not at this point and hopefully he doesn’t).
