It’s not like it was one little thing, it was racist, sexist, anti-gay, exchanging graphic images. He called his future (and at the time the e-mails were released current) leader of his organization a pu… And it was through professional email (yes I know he wasn’t a current employee of an NFL organization, but he was communicating with someone who was). This would be an HR directors nightmare and they would have no choice but to let you go. It’s silly people are complaining about him being canceled, he wasn’t canceled, he would have be fired with cause if he hadn’t resigned.
