of dollars from BYU and have professional careers heavily linked to the institution. That's a lot different than being a student or playing on the team for a few years.
But look - I agree that it wouldn't hurt for Whitt to be more more proactively positive towards BYU. It's a great rivalry and should always be good natured. And while I think sometimes his lack of going out of his way to compliment BYU can unfairly and unreasonably be interpreted as a terrible crime, I also would like to see some bridges be built.
