Bronco didn't want to play the games because of the connection he had with the
players and the coaches he took. It had absolutely nothing to do with messing over BYU or because he hated BYU. I'm not saying Bronco is this perfect BYU guy...obviously if he loved BYU so much and wanted the best for BYU, he wouldn't have left like he did and wouldn't have taken a bunch of coaches as well, but the man has done a very simple thing and that is he has been positive about BYU from the moment he announced his departure at the press conference with Tom Holmoe clear to this week. He has gone on record multiple times praising BYU and everything it did for him...not just this week. And even if it is insincere, at least he is doing it. KW, on the other hand, can't do that very simple thing. That's where my beef is with him. It's very simple. Kalani does it to Utah from his days as an assistant coach, Bronco does it to BYU, and all the other classy coaches do it as well.

And yes, KW is a small man as you suggested he might be. A small man uses a few negative experiences from fans and others that happened years ago to respond negatively to the university as a whole, which doesn't deserve the negativity. KW won't let it go. A bigger man would. But that is how the guy is and I do think that is a huge indication of the type of person he is. He may be a nice guy to lots of people, but how he treats BYU has always bothered me when it would be so simple for him to just let it go and show some respect and class. If he ever changes, my opinion on him would change as well.
