Your ignorance and bias is showing. And the Pac12 can't hang with the new Big12.
In the last 10 years here are the w/l records for some of the Big12 teams:
Oklahoma State: 90-35 (.720) finished the season ranked 7 of those 10 seasons with a high of #3 in 2011. Show me where any Pac12 school can match that. There isn't a single school in the Pac12 that has finished the season ranked 7 times in the past 10 seasons.
TCU: 80-46 (.635) finished the season ranked four of those years, 3 of which were in the top 10 with a high of #3 at the end of 2014
Baylor: 78-48 (.619) finished the season ranked 5 of those with a high of #7
All the metrics show that the new Big12 (without Oklahoma and Texas) is still better than the Pac12. In fact, the Pac12 is closer in competition this year to the MWC than it is to the next closest P5 conference, the ACC. The Big12 is 3rd. Cincy, BYU and Houston are good programs. The new Big12 currently has 5 teams ranked. The Pac12? 2.
