You point to team success which is the most important, but you have to realize how bad the defense has been this year
and in the past 5 under Tuiaki. We average 57th by FEI (best metric I have seen) which is 21 ranks lower than Broncos last 5 here that were not exactly great years.
This year is his worst defense currently at 75th and will be dropping after the USC game.
So my question is what has he done to deserve keeping his job? The best answer is he is the DC during two of our best offensive years in our history.
