For me - it’s an agonizing D to watch. Simple as that. I can’t complain about the W-L % but
In my way of looking at it the Tuiaki D is just not likeable.

It doesn’t allow our defenders to do what defenders normally do. Instead they sit back and hope for the other team’s offense to falter.

Against power teams I don’t like our chances with this D at all. It allows too many first downs, cuts our TOP and gives opposing QBs too much time to pass or take off for a long run.

I flat out don’t like it. W’s are what counts but I don’t see this D working against a schedule of power teams.

It’s a damage control D as opposed to a power D. I think it overtaxes our D line. What they’re asked to do considering our lack of depth at the position is brutal. I watch those three D linemen standing up against four or five bigger O-linemen play after play and wonder to myself - how is this good?

To me it’s not enjoyable to watch and gives up too much yardage.
