Yes, and it's the story usc wants because they don't want the possibility of the

story being that they said nothing and are ok with the chant. They didn't need to apologize and it's likely only a few message boards talk or mention it, but usc now looks like the classy organization because they were on top of it. USC wants their apology to become the story
