I remember waiting for an OB bill from a doc that was my favorite OB in residency. Waited and waited. Never came. I
Thought there was a mistake. Dawned on me years later, when I was an attending, that he just didn't bill me. That was huge. One thing to Profesional courtesy a sore throat. Another to do that for like 15 hours of work.
