My Dad loved Jerry, his brothers, and his family. A couple things there:

First, Jerry was a great athlete. He played both baseball and basketball for my Dad at Payson. His older brother Mike also started in center field. (My Dad always regretted cutting Mike from the hoop team).

Second, Jerry was a loyal supporter his entire life. Before he passed away, he wrote my Dad the most beautiful letter, telling my Dad just how much he meant to him in his life.
