In fact, I am currently interviewing to make a change in companies and a higher position with equity and higher salary. If it works out, great! If it doesn't, I'm still in a great job with very good income. I typically am 3-4 years at a job before I start listening to recruiters who reach out. Every move has paid big dividends for me. A few have required moves for me and the family, but I grew up with my father in the Air Force, so a move is an easy transition for me.
