I’m with you but without the moral judgment. People should be happy where they
are and they should be well paid. If they don’t feel like that is happening it is no crime to look for another job. If they find one they like better, and it pays more than I am willing to pay, they should take it unless they don’t want to for other reasons.

Another way of looking at this is sometimes transferring in hopes of getting more playing time doesn’t work out
