I heard from someone that Phoenix has like 100+ years of groundwater
I grew up here and I have also heard that Metro Phoenix uses as much water now as it did in the 1980s (of course, we irrigated everything then and everything was green).
I do know that I have been cave exploring in the Metro Phoenix area and have swum in underground lakes.
