I think you’d clearly need a lot of engineering and foresight to resolve issues.
I would just hate for glaciers to fall into the ocean that would 1. Raise sea levels and 2. Be gone likely forever as potential for fresh water
Nor did I suggest a method. I just think if we can find away to relocate fresh water that isn’t being used to a place it can be used, it’d be helpful to the globe.
