Agreed. Though, the question is how many people are in the "generally speaking" group vs the exceptions you list.
My unprofessional/not fully enlightened guess is that the exceptions are probably 20% or, that 80 % of the obese can have control over it.
Yet, we trip over ourselves to not offend the 20% (I'm not suggesting bullying or over insulting is justified) and contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle that , at times, is as damaging as drugs, alcohol,etc.
