There is truth to this for sure and also a possibility plane ignorance…
If your point is being “fit” and calling out the garbage Of overweight people being on magazines I’m all for it! I know too many overweight (mostly women) who act like they just can’t lose weight but the you see them eat and I’m just thinking… I’m a foot taller than you and a man and you just out are me lady… also that 30 min walk you did each day this week is great keep it up but do not expect that to cause you you to lose weight. If you are not dropping swear doesn’t least an hour a day you can’t eat like that and expect to look different.

If your point is anyone can look slim with a small boy fat % you’re ignorant. Especially some younger people can eat whatever and will always look slim. I knew a girl in HS who ran track and acted like she earned that body (she was hot) she stopped running and looked almost exactly the same after my mission… metabolism is massive here.

A women in my ward works out more than an hour 6 days a week, I’m talking trainer lead workouts and then usually walks about 4-5 miles in the evening. She is fit… she isn’t fat by any means but definitely not slim. There is nothing else she could realistically do to slim down more. My wife is slim and cannot keep up with her in workouts and this women doesn’t eat much, we hang out and she is more healthy than most.

I was a fat kid growing up. Looking back I was very active. I wasn’t exactly healthy in my eating but I was absolutely pretty normal. I stretched out in HS and have been fine ever since/ recently I reduced my calorie intake by about 1,500 3-4 days a week. I continued to run 15 miles a week and I have seen minimal to zero weight loss. We’re talking over 5,000 calories a week reduction with almost zero impact.
