My maternal grandpa died at 500+ pounds. Everyone on that side of the family is
Obese. I look at a plate of food and I gain weight. I truly believe I would be a 50 BMI guy if I let go. Id be like everyone else that blames genetics, being too busy, cant afford good food, etc. But I dont. I made the decision to be skinny. Its hard as crap, but I do it. I eat between 5 and 9 PM only. Skipping breakfast and lunch isnt easy but I do it because I value being fit and healthy more than I value satisfying an immediate need every time my stomach growls.

The bottom line is that I value being skinny more than I value being full. If you are somebody who values being full over being skinny, that is your choice. Just own it.
