I felt similarly, until I a became interested in food
I won’t call myself a foodie, but…
German food is super underrated. Schnitzel, spaetzel, saukerkraut, sausages, oh man.
And it has tons of other ethnicities, the best Spanish food I had was in Berlin.
I only care about two things on a vacay, beach and food. Museums? Meh.. sites? Meh.
Mountains? Meh.
I wanna sit on a beach and read (which you can’t do a ton in most of Europe anyway,) or I wanna eat like a pig and gain 4 pounds in ten days.
