Which is super weird because germany is full of history, museums, and sites.
Granted I am biased having lived in Germany for a year and a half as a student but germany for historical sites, ancient and modern, is second to none in Europe.
Castles, churches, museums, Roman walls and baths, plus the WWII stuff in Berlin and elsewhere. Give it a shot and I bet you will be surprised.
