I'd add a big one. Find a way to get rid of the "euro foul" where teams

automatically foul when they are going to let a fast break happen. It's taking away one of the best plays in basketball and killing the flow of the game.

You could make that 2 shots and the ball or give the other team three free throws but find a way.

The clear path is very rare as you only have to be on the right side of the lead guy. Pretty easy to do.
