How about making it illegal to set a screen beyond the three point line? Make it

an automatic offensive foul. And make it illegal defense to double team beyond the three point line. I think the NBA gets really repetitive with all of the pick and roll hunting for switches/match-ups, and it's not entertaining to watch the other team "take the ball out of the hands" of a star perimeter player.

The clear path is very rare as you only have to be on the right side of the lead guy. Pretty easy to do.
