4. Either commit to the play in game or not. I actually like the Play In Game. I would tend to lean towards keeping it.
5. If I could change anything about refs, please just allow players to play defense again. Allow more contact or something. IDK. Watching FIBA games was so refreshing, I wish the NBA would officiate more like FIBA.
6. I agree with tweaking the lottery system. Maybe make a flat percentage for teams 1-7 and lower percentage for teams 8-14?
