In my neighborhood two homes have signs now for two weeks. That's just anecdotal but it's interesting how fast this is flipping.
Our neighbors had open house this last weekend but no offers. They are really pushing the price they will have to drop their asking price..but still a lot of buyers or at least lookers.
Factors that could flip it back to how it was would be Fed ending rate increases and markets reversing. Odds of that happening are slim.
Funny. how not less then a month ago anyone suggesting correction were mocked by some CBers.
