Jobs drying up and hiring freezes increasing across the board.

We may be headed for they type of economic downturn where people dont have a choice to hang on to their rate. They will have to cash out whatever equity they have. No one really knows how much economic turmoil we are in for, all we know is there is more coming. When even the FED is warning of a weakening economy one can assume it probably wont be great.
