The markets of course aren't forecasting the 30 year getting anywhere near that high, so if you have the courage of your convictions you can go short the 30 year treasury and make an absolute fortune if you're right.

I do agree that if the 30 year hits 7.5%, the mortgage market (and economy in general) are screwed.
