I think people are accepting the higher prices and exploring side hustles.

If the market dips too much more in list price, there could be a buying Frenzy again. People are likely hoping interest rates can drop and they can refinance but the rates right now are actually pretty low it's just the list price has appreciated by 5 to 10 years.
