Exum ended up helping...about the same amount as Jabari Parker actually. I think the Bucks are evidence that it's possible to become elite without tanking being a required part of it.

The thing people miss about trading Rudy & Donovan is that you’re also likely getting back a top 5 (or top 3) draft pick
