It depends on what the TV Execs say
PAC 12 has the highest ceiling teams and best brands so they could make a real argument....
But, the PAC12 is, at the moment, somehow even less stable than the Big 12. And the timing on leaving the PAC 12 is much easier than on leaving the Big 12.
I think the Big 12 overall has a small advantage...but it's not a massive one. And it's not impossible for it to flip
