There are a couple piano bars in downtown SLC that are a good time.
I think one is called "keys on main"?
Pre game outside the stadium, just put your cocktails in a hydroflask or something and no one will say anything unless you get obviously tanked.
To get it into the stadium... you are gonna have to be pretty sneaky/creative. It is done all the time tho.
