Which begs the question: At what point do you have plenty of money?

$100M/yr is more than any program knows what to do with long-term. You could build every facility you could possibly want and hire every coach and admin you could possibly need for all of your sports and have plenty left over. So long as BYU and the rest of the Big-12 makes enough to compete, that is what matters.
